We offer leadership coaching for individuals, usually as part of a team coaching engagement. Working with one person allows a highly effective coaching programme to be delivered for them, focusing exclusively on their own, individual development areas. Usually lasting between 6 - 12 months, one to one coaching can make a real difference to how individuals behave and perfom, whether it's as a leader in their organisation or wanting to improve significantly particular skills.
