Sebastian Fox ACC

Seb had a 17-year national and international career working for companies such as Arthur Andersen, 3i Group, BAT and Eversheds, the last 10 years of which were in senior sales,  key account and marketing roles in the UK and overseas in Europe and Asia.

Since 2003, Seb has been coaching and training around the areas of Business Development and Key Client Management, and he has worked with over 200 individuals helping them become as good as they can be in those roles.  Recognising that many people find “sales” intimidating, and drawing on his own experiences working in a law firm, much of his work is around enabling individuals – especially those for whom client management and business development doesn’t come naturally or easily – to apply good practice in a way that allows them to become comfortable, self-supporting and able to sustain their activities over their careers.

Seb is a qualified team coach and is increasingly involved in helping leadership and functional teams significantly improve their performance through helping them develop better relationships both within the team itself, and between the team and the wider organisation in which it operates.

Seb has a coaching qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching’s Practitioner course in Executive Coaching, is accredited by the ICF  and he also holds a Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery.

Organisations he was worked with include Airbus Military UK, Tetra Pak, Cancer Research, BAT, Santander, CibaVision, Petrofac as well as many law and accounting firms.

Carroll Macey

Carroll has more than 20 years experience working with leaders and teams, coaching and developing potential and is part of the Faculty at the Team Coaching Studio (TCS) and co-leads their Community of Practice with Seb.  She has been described by clients as a “breath of fresh air”. As a co-author of “The Mindful Approach to Working Life” her coaching stance raises the awareness of leaders and teams in how to thrive in the 21st Century.

Carroll’s passion for helping people to achieve their goals has been a life long interest with a training in psychotherapy before she trained as an Executive Coach 20 years ago.  Carroll has specialised in well being and resilience throughout her career and delivers webinars, podcasts and speaks about resilience based practises. For the past four years she has been involved in NHSE Primary Care coaching of GPs, PMs and newly appointed Clinical Directors.  Throughout 2020 and 2021, she has been part of the COVID-19 response team to the primary healthcare sector, where working with a partnership she has been supporting more than 3,500 people by delivering resilience and wellbeing coaching to NHS staff who were often experiencing high levels of stress, helping them develop their resilience and improve overall wellbeing. Her dual heritage has led to a life long interest in Diversity and Inclusion, specifically in working towards a recognition and acceptance that the multifaceted human society is one in which we all belong. Today, helping organisations to be proactive in the perfect leadership storm is where her energy is drawn.

Bob Shearer

Bob currently lives in Germany and has been operating successfully as a leadership developer since the 1980’s. Bob’s long standing passion for learning and development work is based on the fulfilment he still derives from helping leaders to exploit the full potential of the teams that they lead. Bob has enjoyed living and working all over the world and his expatriate experiences have helped to shape a particular interest in how culture washes through the work of the leader and the teams that they lead.

The consequences of the global pandemic are being revealed. Powerful forces are at work and are busy driving what many suggest is a revolution in the way organisations will operate, particularly in the new hybridised working environments many employers are busy building.
Bob argues that a renaissance in leadership is required as some traditional approaches to leadership have been overrun by events. We expect our leaders to embed the seismic changes appearing in the world of work successfully, but not all leaders have the capabilities needed to do this. Bob is excited by what he describes as a new old challenge, helping leaders and their teams to flourish in a hybrid environment.
